Meanwhile, a report by Reporters Collective revealed that the government has stalled investigations into the Adani Group. The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) initiated a probe into allegations of coal price manipulation by Adani and other companies in 2015-16. Despite numerous promises by the government to continue the investigation, it has yet to be concluded, with the probe being shelved indefinitely.
