Coronavirus Outbreak: Rajasthan Government Stops Rapid Testing

  • Rajasthan Health Minister Raghu Sharma said that we have stopped using rapid testing for coronavirus.
  • He also said that the Rajasthan government is seeking the ICMR's guidelines for rapid testing for a novel coronavirus.
  • He further said that such tests are not the final solution to battle against COVID-19 pandemic and PCR's tests are required.
  • The government surveyed and examined that the correlation was 5.four per cent instead of the initial phase of 90 per cent.
  • according to central health ministry data, there is 14,700 number of cases of coronavirus and 590 people have died so far in the state.
