- Parliamentary affairs minister Pralhad Joshi tested positive for COVID-19.
- Joshi informed via Twitter, "I have tested positive for COVID19."
- "As I am asymptomatic, as per doctors advise I am in-home quarantine," he added.
- Before Joshi, Karnataka CM BS Yediyurappa also tested positive for COVID-19 and recovered.
- Leader of Opposition Siddaramaiah and several other ministers have tested for the coronavirus.
