Former AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu lashes out at YSRC government for ‘ill-treatment’ of doctors
Leader of the Opposition and TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu has slammed the government for “not providing timely treatment” for a doctor, who died of coronovirus at Tenali in Guntur district.
In a series of tweets on Friday, Naidu said the Tenali doctor had pleaded for better treatment but, unfortunately, no timely help was provided.
He attacked the government by saying that Government Doctors’ Association had sent letter to the Chief Secretary stating that they would not be able to work in a place where there was no respect for the doctors.
Earlier, Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief N Chandrababu Naidu slammed state government and shared a video showing bodies of coronavirus victims being dumped into a pit with the help of a JCB and demanded an apology from Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
The video footage shared by the former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister showed an earthmover carrying the body of a COVID-19 victim from an ambulance and dumping it in a pit.
