MSMEs Flag Loopholes In the Skill Mapping Of Migrants

MSMEs in Uttar Pradesh have signaled several loopholes in the skill mapping database of migrants received from the government.
The MSMEs complained about an “improper” data collection characterized by a mismatch of skills and workers, and incorrect contact information.
They also said that many migrants were even not interested in working in industries.
Principal Secretary of MSME department, Navneet Sehgal said that a centralized list has been given to the MSMEs that will address their issues.
Let us tell you, the centralized list will help the units get in touch with labourers from across the state.
