UP Police Books Former IAS Officer For Raising Questions On Yogi Govt Rules

Uttar Pradesh police have booked a former IAS officer for raising questions on the state's testing protocol on Twitter.
IAS Officer, Surya Pratap Singh was spreading rumours about coronavirus pandemic.
He tweeted, “After CM Yogi’s Team-11 meeting, did the chief secretary threaten some DMs for conducting more corona tests?"
Pratap further added, "Did he say, ‘Why are you acting so fast? What reward are you after by calling for tests?’ adding, “No Test=No Corona".
He has been booked under the Disaster Management Act and the Epidemic Act.
