Govt Lifts Lockdown Restrictions From Mumbai's 1st Containment Zone After 2 Months

  • A ray of hope was seen in Mumbai's first containment zone after the lockdown restrictions were lifted from 75% of the areas under Worli-Koliwada.
  • BMC officials said that the lockdown was lifted after 2 months.
  • According to the civic body officials, only parts of Worli-Koliwada, where there are still active Covid-19 positive cases, are sealed.
  • It further added that the relaxations are being allowed in the rest of the areas. 
  • Letus tell you, Worli-Koliwada was declared a containment zone on March 29 after it reported four Covid-19 positive cases.
