494 Domestic Flights Carrying 38,078 Passengers Operated On Thursday: Govt

Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has confirmed that a total of 494 domestic flights, carrying 38,078 passengers, operated on Thursday.
Thus, International passenger flights have yet not operated.
According to an official, 1,65,605 people have travelled through 1,827 domestic flights that have traversed Indian airspace between Monday and Thursday.
Puri tweeted, “Figures for domestic flights for 28th May 2020 till 2359 hours: Day 4, Departures 494, 38,078 passengers handled, Arrivals 493, 38,389 passengers handled.”
Let us tell you, a total of 16 asymptomatic passengers on seven different flights, have tested positive for COVID-19.
