Delhi Govt Provides 2000 Beds to the Private Hospitals for COVID-19 Patients

  • Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal informed about the current situation of COVID-19.
  • He said, "Till yesterday, there were 13418 positive cases of COVID-19. Out of this 6540 have recovered and 6617 are active cases." 
  • "261 people have died so far in the national capital," he added. 
  • CM also informed that 2000 new beds will be available in the private hospitals from today for COVID-19 patients. 
  • He also informed that his govt has issued a show-cause notice to a private hospital that denied treatment to a patient who tested positive for the virus.
