Yogi Govt To Provide Ration Cards To all the Migrants In the State
- CM Yogi Adityanath has announced to provide ration cards to all migrants and daily wagers.
- Yogi held a meeting of team-11 at his residence during which he directed the officials to issue ration cards to over 22 lakh migrants, who have returned to UP.
- According to the state govt spokesperson, around 8 lakh migrants had been issued ration cards under the ‘Tatkal’ scheme.
- Officials said that over 22 lakh migrants have arrived in the state via 1,100 special trains.
- The spokesperson said, “The govt sees migrants as a strength of the state."
