Coronavirus Outbreak: UP MLA Booked for Violating Lockdown in Uttarakhand

Uttarakhand police have booked UP MLA Amanmani Tripathi and 11 others under various sections of IPC for violating lockdown in the hill state.
Muni Ki Reti police station stopped the MLA and 11 others when they were approaching towards Rishikesh.
The MLA and others were stopped from going any further as the Badrinath shrine yet open for pilgrims this month
The police have arrested all of them and booked under Section 188, Section 269 & 270.
According to sources the MLA had permission and that is the reason he was insisted on going to the Badrinath shrine.
