Congress Slams Centre Of Not Releasing Funds To Help States Move Migrants
Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi has tried to remind the Modi government of the aground migrant labourers.
Singhvi said, “Its International Labour Day today but looks like Centre has washed off its hands from the welfare of labourers.”
“The April 29 order regarding the movement of migrants by Home Ministry is arbitrary and ’Tughlaqi’”, said Sinjghvi.
Let us tell you, the Union govt has issued a new guideline, allowing states to transport stranded students, migrant labourers, tourists, and pilgrims to their home states.
He also blamed the Centre for not releasing any funds to help the states move these migrant labourers.
