Yogi announces 5 lakh fine and 7 years imprisonment for those who attack the Corona warriors

The Uttar Pradesh government has made the first amendment to the Epidemic Covid-19 Regulations to take strict action against those who violate the lockdown and attack the Corona warriors.
Under this, there is a levy of a fine of five lakh rupees and a punishment of seven years for those who attack corona warriors, including medical and para medical staff, sanitation workers and policemen
The amendment is to come into force with immediate effect
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath applauded both the leadership of the PM and the the public service undertaken by the corona warrior
He further added, “at such a time, the attack on the Corona Warriors is a challenge to the system. This cannot be tolerated under any circumstances”.
