Congress Doesn't Want to Show Solidarity With Indians: Sambit Patra
BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra lashed out at Congress for criticizing PM Modi's speech.
Sambit Patra said that Congress doesn't want to light candles to show solidarity with India.
Patra tweeted, "If You all from Congress don’t want to light a candle to stand in solidarity with India...if that’s too much of a pain for you Congress-people...so be it...stay in darkness, but at least don’t forget to put off that 'TUBELIGHT'!!"
Sambit Patra was replying to Shashi Tharoor's tweet who said, "PM's speech had nothing about how to ease people’s pain, their burdens, their financial anxieties."
Earlier PM Modi requested every citizen to switch off all the lights of their house on 5th April at 9 PM for 9 minutes.
