Coronavirus: Bihar Govt to Keep Migrants at Relief Camp on Border

  • The Bihar govt has made preparation to stop the migrants from Delhi and Mumbai at the border of Bihar state.
  • Due to COVID-19, the government is making arrangements to keep people in relief camps on the border, a meeting has been held for this.
  • DGP Gupteshwar Pandey said, lockdown means lockdown, migration is unfortunate, but the government has made preparations.
  • He said migrants who are coming from outside will be stopped there because if it is not done then the risk of infection will increase manifold.
  • CM had asked the Home Minister to stop the migration, but by the time this was implemented, thousands of people had reached the border.
