PM Modi Urge G20 Leaders to Come Out With Plan to Fight COVID-19 Pandemic
PM Modi urged the G20 leaders to come out with a plan which focused on human lives and reduced hardships faced by economically weaker sections.
At the G20 meet, PM said that there was a need to put human beings at the center of the grouping’s message.
"Let’s put human beings rather than economic targets at center of our vision for global prosperity, cooperation," PM said at G20 meet on coronavirus.
On Thursday, the G20 group met through video conferencing and pledged $5 trillion to be injected into the global economy by member nations especially to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
The total number of cases in India rises to 694 as per the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare data.
