Floor Test Being Ignored From Work Schedule, BJP Leader Calls It Unconstitutional
Despite order issued by Governor Lalji Tandon, political upheavel increased when floor test was not included in the proceedings of the Assembly.
In this regard, Leader of Opposition Gopal Bhargava and Narottam Mishra met the Governor and expressed displeasure over not including the floor test.
Gopal Bhargava called the process unconstitutional and said that there has been a clear violation of the Governor's orders, so he has came to submit a memorandum to the Governor.
The Governor had directed floor test on March 16, but the List of Business (LoB) released on Sunday night did not mention floor test anywhere.
