Coronavirus: WB Sets Up 2 Emergency Isolation Facilities In the State
The WB govt has informed that the state has set up two emergency isolation facilities in Kolkata due to the coronavirus threat.
West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee said that the state was fully equipped to face any eventuality amidst the coronavirus outbreak.
According to Banerjee, the government has set up two isolation facilities in Rajarhat.
She said, “A cancer hospital for which the state govt had provided land and funds is being taken over for the time being amidst the coronavirus outbreak."
"This facility has 200-300 beds. Another isolation facility with 200-300 beds in Rajarhat itself has been made operational", Mamata further added.
