Coronavirus: India Records One More Death

  • India recorded its second coronavirus disease (Covid-19) death on Friday as the pandemic continued to spread in the country. 
  • The latest victim was identified as a 68-year-old woman.
  • After being in close contact with her son, who had traveled to Switzerland and Italy last month, she was infected with COVID-19.
  • The two were hospitalized at Ram Manohar Lohia on March 7. 
  • The Union health ministry said, “She was a known case of diabetes and hypertension. Due to comorbid conditions, she died on March 13 at RML Hospital.
