Disturbed Area Act to be implemented soon in Khambhat - CM Rupani

Police have arrested more than 50 rioters on charges of communal violence and arson in Anand district.
On Tuesday, CM Vijay Rupani announced that the Disturbed Area Act will be implemented soon in the spirit of the people of Khambhat city.
With this, the Chief Minister has assured a strict action against those who spread violence in the area.
Under the Disturbed Areas Act, the purchase of property in the concerned area cannot be done without the approval of the district administration.
Local Hindus alleged some Muslims for disturbing the population balance by buying the property of Hindus (minority).
