Colossal Failure of State and Center: CWC on Delhi Violence

Congress party blamed both the center and the state government for the violence in Delhi.
They also demanded the immediate resignation of HM Amit Shah for 'colossal failure' to restore normalcy.
On Wednesday the CWC met and held Delhi CM Kejriwal accountable for not reaching out to the public.
They also blamed Kapil Mishra for instigating the public when he gave three days ultimatum to the Delhi police to empty the protest site.
Targetting the central govt CWC questioned that why weren't the additional security called on time and where was HM and Delhi CM and what were they doing last Sunday?
