Situation Tense in North East Delhi, 18 Dead 250 Injured

On Wednesday morning, 4 more people were brought dead to GTB hospital raising the number of deaths to 18 and injured 250.
On Tuesday, Union HM Amit Shah held three review meetings in 24 hours and directed Delhi police to take quick and strict actions.
NSA Ajit Doval and Delhi police chief Amulya Patnaik DCP of North East Delhi and also visited the Maujpur, Jafarabad, Gokulpuri, and Bhajanpura to conduct a first-hand review of the situation.
Delhi CM Kejriwal also held an emergency meeting with officials and MLAs the riots affected area and ordered them to coordinate with the central agencies.
The CM also appealed to the rioters and protesters to calm down and talk about their issues instead of indulging in violence.
