Clash Erupts Between Protesting Jamia Students and Delhi Police

A clash erupted between Delhi police and Jamia Milia Islamia students after the latter was stopped from carrying an anti-CAA march towards Parliament.
Heavy security deployed around the campus stopped the protesting students near the Holy Family Hospital.
In retaliation protesting Jamia students, railed against the police and jumped barricades.
This protest was led by Jamia Coordination Committee and planned to march to Parliament to raise their voice against the CAA and NRC.
However, the police requested them to restrict the to the university as permission for the march to Parliament had been rejected.
