CM Yogi Adityanath Permits To Demolish a Part Of Gorakhnath Temple Boundary Wall

CM Yogi Adityanath has approved a proposal to demolish a part of Gorakhnath Temple boundary wall to widen the road connecting Gorakhpur to Sonauli.
The wall and some adjacent shops were demolished on Friday after CM Yogi's instructions.
This has been done to facilitate the widening of the road connecting Gorakhnath Temple, Dharamshala, Mohdipur, Kudaghat, and Nandanagar with the airport.
Vinay Gautam, a senior staff of the temple said, "Earlier, Yogi did not attend his father’s funeral and chose duty over personal issues."
"And by ordering the demolition of the temple wall, the CM has sent out a strong signal that any construction would be demolished when the matter relates to public interest and development", he further added.
