Asaduddin Owaisi: Imposing Lockdown is Unconstitutional

AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi said that the government's strategy to combat coronavirus pandemic is unconstitutional.
He also said that it is a state subject and why the State Government is silent on this matter.
He further said that according to the National Disaster Management Act and the Epidemic Act the centre cannot impose lockdown in the whole country.
Asaduddin Owaisi said that the migrant labourers are suffering due to this lockdown.
He further questioned PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah whether the UAPA charges are only for Muslims, Dalits, Adivasis or anybody who is against the government.
