Sanitation Workers Boycotts Work, Claims That They Are Not Getting Salaries

  • The sanitation workers at the Shatabdi block of the KGMU in Lucknow have boycotted work.
  • They claimed that their salary has been deducted. 
  • The workers claimed that they have not received their salary from January.
  • The workers said, "Till December last year, we used to get Rs 8,800 every month. Our salary for the last month was not being released."
  • "After we started protesting, the salary has been provided to us after deduction", the workers added.
