Forgery Case Against Jyotiraditya Scindia closed

The Economic Offences Wing has closed a case against Jyotiraditya Scindia and his family members, where they were accused of falsifying a property document.
Scindia resignation from the Congress triggered a revolt in the Madhya Pradesh party and this led to the collapse of the Kamal Nath-led state government last week.
The Economic Offences Wing decided to verify facts afresh into the complaint against Scindia and this happened when congress were in the power.
22 MLAs loyal to Scindia resigned from the Congress and joined the BJP.
Kamal Nath stepped down as chief minister then Senior BJP leader Shivraj Singh Chouhan took oath as chief minister of the state.
