Anil Deshmukh Sought Legal Opinion For SIT Into Elgar Parishad Case
Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh said that the state govt had sought legal opinion to form SIT to probe the Elgar Parishad case.
Anil Deshmukh said that the Maharashtra home dept had written to the advocate general seeking legal opinion on whether an SIT can be formed or not.
This came after a court in Pune had passed an order to transfer the Elgar Parishad case to NIA court in Mumbai.
