S Jaishankar and Ramachandra Guha Engage in Word War Over Nehru-Patel Relationship

Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar and historian Ramchandra Guha have sparked a debate regarding historical facts on social media.
The debate between the two began regarding the relationship between the country's first PM Jawaharlal Nehru and HM Sardar Patel.
Quoting a book Jaishankar tweeted that it was known from the book that Nehru did not want Sardar Patel in the 1947 cabinet.
In response to this, Ramchandra Guha wrote that 'spreading fake news about the makers of modern India does not suit the foreign minister. This work should be left to BJP's IT cell. '
After which the foreign minister wrote in retaliation that some foreign ministers also read books, well, professors should also do such work.
