SC to Hear Petitions Against the CAA Protest at Shaheen Bagh

On Monday the SC will hear the petition against the ongoing protest against the CAA.
Earlier this hearing was to be held on Friday, but the SC postponed the hearing saying that they cannot influence voting.
A bench of Justices SK Kaul and M Joseph said, "We understand that there is a problem now. It is to be seen how to solve it."
During the protest, the SC took suo moto cognizance of the death of the four-month-old child and a hearing will be held to stop the children in the demonstration.
Let us tell you that BJP leader Nand Kishore Garg had requested an immediate hearing on the petition to remove the protesters from Shaheen Bagh.
