Unnao Rape Case: Convict Senger moves to Delhi High Court

Unnao rape accused Sengar filed a petition in the Delhi High Court against the sentence of life imprisonment.
Accused Sengar has said in the petition that the trial court has misinterpreted the CDR data
He also said that his presence has been unfairly rejected by the court.
Tis Hazari court convicted the expelled MLA and sentenced him to life imprisonment.
The court also imposed a fine of 25 lakh on Sengar, after which it has challenged the decision
