All India NRC is Not Going to Happen Immediately: Center

On Thursday, the Centre clarified that the exercise to prepare an all-India NRC as per the Citizenship Rules, 2003 was yet to be notified.
G Kishan Reddy said, "Yes, we have announced our intent to prepare a national NRC. But no date or schedule has been decided for the NRC exercise."
He further said, "NRIC is not going to happen immediately but in due time."

Stating that people are spreading rumors regarding therefore they have to put an advertisement in prominent dailies.
The advertisement states that NRC exercise is yet to be formally announced and when it will be done rules and regulations will be framed to rule out any harassment to Indian citizens.
